Michael P. Broida, C.P.A. provides the firm with extensive expertise in the real estate industry. Mr. Broida's clients include real estate developers, investors, and syndicators involved in both commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Of particular value to his clients is his ability to evaluate projects with respect to feasibility, financing and taxation issues including tax deferred exchanges. Mr. Broida provides personal financial planning with a special emphasis on estate and gift tax issues and the taxation of closely held corporations and real estate. Prior to practicing as an accountant, Mr. Broida was a training supervisor at Dun & Bradstreet where he gained extensive experience in the evaluation of the credit quality of borrowers. He has combined this understanding with industry accounting and financial expertise to enable him to effectively assist with client needs. Additionally, Mr. Broida is active in community work and has served on the Boards of Director of a number of local, national, and international charities. He is a member of the AICPA and California Society of CPAs.
